We’ve been working on something special for you, Lakeland.

We’re launching a brand new monthly wellness newsletter in partnership with Lakeland Regional Health, bringing Lakelanders timely, health-focused topics and the best in local fitness activities, wellness events, health tips, food hacks, and more.

Look for the first edition of LAL Wellness in your inbox at noon tomorrow, Dec. 20, where we’ll cover:
