Grasslands West, Lakeland’s first gated rental community, is now open for leasing. The community features three custom-designed homes with 3BR or 4BR, two-car garages, and pet-friendly policies. All homes come with lawn maintenance, pest control, wifi, and cable included in the rent.

Grasslands West is located in a prime location, just behind Lakeside Village and next to Polk Parkway and Harden Boulevard. It’s a short drive from downtown Lakeland, and it borders Lakeside Village, which offers a variety of dining, shopping, and entertainment options. (Bonus: Publix is right across the street.)

The community also features a pool, playground, and dog park. Residents will enjoy the peace and quiet of a gated community, while still being close to all the amenities they need.
