The Lakeland Community Redevelopment Agency has sealed the deal and closed on the $50+ million Mirrorton project with developer Framework Group, LLC. The 305-unit apartment and townhome community will stretch across 13.5 acres, located by the downtown Lakeland Police Station.

Ah, the view. Mirrorton will have a street-level pedestrian experience and an urban neighborhood design, combining traditional brick + stucco with a contemporary aesthetic.
