Hey Lakeland, Abby here. 👋 If you saw in Friday’s newsletter, day three of the #LALremote diaries consisted of me munching through a whole family-sized pack of Oreos. Is there any better comfort food? Needless to say, I need to get ahead of the extra 15 lbs that are inevitably coming my way due to my quarantine status.

Sadly, my go-to gym – Fabio Novaes BJJ – is not an option for the time being, so I’ve been looking around for some at-home workout resources with a local twist. If you know of any to add to the list, hit us up by shooting us an email or sharing them with us on Instagram, Facebook, or Twitter.

💪 CrossFit Breaking Barbells is bringing live-stream workouts, Monday-Saturday at 9 a.m. Reach out to them on Facebook to be added to the group.

💪 Vital Fitness is offering coach-led workout tutorials over on their Facebook.

💪 The Balance Culture offers virtual exercise classes ranging from meditation to pilates.

💪 Camp Gladiator has launched a “Hustle from Home” series with Facebook Live workouts Monday-Saturday + printables so you can go at your own pace.

💪 Haka Fitness is hosting an online series of workouts for members using minimal equipment. Dive into some body-weight movement, kids yoga, or family fitness games.
