Bring your family for a free festival hosted by the Winter Haven Puerto Rican/Hispanic Chamber of Commerce. Enjoy food vendors, raffles, music, and activities for kids. Plus, end the night with a live outdoor concert (don’t forget to bring your lawn chairs).
