Cobbler lovers rejoice — Lakeland’s first ever Peach Cobbler Factory is now open for business.
We attended the eatery’s ribbon cutting on Friday, and now we’re bringing you the inside scoop on when you can go + what you need to try.

Hours: 12-10 p.m. daily. Pro tip: You can also get late night delivery through DoorDash, Grub Hub, and Uber Eats until midnight.
What’s on the menu: Even though the bakery has “peach cobbler” right in its name, that’s far from all it offers. With a menu boasting desserts that range from cookies and brownies to shakes and cinnamon rolls, we have a sugar rush just thinking about all the possibilities. For now, City Editor Connor’s go-to is apple cobbler and Amelia’s is Oreo banana pudding.
