How’s this for real life experience? Middle and high school students enrolled in the RISE Institute at Lakeland Christian School get the unique opportunity to learn true entrepreneurship by starting real businesses — planning, funding, marketing, and all.

Among the impressive list of student-run businesses are:

  • Restore Coffee — on-campus coffee/tea shop
  • Joy Soap Co. — handmade soaps with profits that give back to the community
  • Done Dinners — meal-planning + shopping-assistance

The RISE Institute additionally introduces students to urban farming, law, robotics + more.*
