Jeanice + Lucas Martin knew exactly what they were looking for in a new home. With two adult children about to move out, the parents of four wanted to “right-size” into a ~2,500-sqft. home in a small, gated community in Lakeland.

They initially planned to build, but once their home sold, they had to move in just three weeks. Enter: Southern Homes. The Martins had driven past the Enclave at Harden community many times + decided to take a closer look. Their salesperson, Ashli Smith, helped make the home-buying process seamless.
