Decades ago, Suly Daniel’s parents left Mexico for the United States with the goal of providing for their family. In 2016, Suly married her husband Manaen, and the two became first-time homeowners last June.

Not only is Suly a Southern Homes homeowner, she also serves as the company’s Warranty Manager. Southern Homes employees can build a home at a discounted rate – a benefit she said enabled her and her husband to build a new home.

Suly feels that her parents are able to see their dream realized in her + her husband’s homeownership.
