Peach Cobbler Factory in Lakeland is now open

Here’s what you need to know about Lakeland’s newest spot for sweets.

Two hands hold cups of dessert. One hand is holding a Oreo banana pudding and the other is holding apple cobbler.

If you’re headed to Peach Cobbler Factory, you better bring your sweet tooth.

Cobbler lovers rejoice — Lakeland’s first ever Peach Cobbler Factory is now open for business.

We attended the eatery’s ribbon cutting on Friday, and now we’re bringing you the inside scoop on when you can go + what you need to try.

Address: 5261 US Hwy. 98 S., Ste. 8C (in the plaza with Highland City Publix)

Hours: 12-10 p.m. daily. Pro tip: You can also get late night delivery through DoorDash, Grub Hub, and Uber Eats until midnight.

What’s on the menu: Even though the bakery has “peach cobbler” right in its name, that’s far from all it offers. With a menu boasting desserts that range from cookies and brownies to shakes and cinnamon rolls, we have a sugar rush just thinking about all the possibilities. For now, City Editor Connor’s go-to is apple cobbler and Amelia’s is Oreo banana pudding.
