Whether you’re a novice on the mat or an experienced yogi, Swan City has plenty of places to practice. Find your zen at these eight yoga studios around Lakeland.

If you’re just getting started

Satya Life Yoga, 4684 Cleveland Heights Blvd.
This studio offers several different class levels, plus aerial yoga and yogabarre. The studio will move to this location on Monday, Aug. 28, making now the perfect time to join.

Simpson Park Community Center, 1725 Martin Luther King Jr. Ave.
Join the Yoga for Beginners class every Monday and Wednesday from 10 a.m. to 12 p.m. — just bring a mat and water.

If you’re looking to sweat
