Can you tell I was thinking green with this order?

Goodbye MK Boba, hello Tanuki Boba Cafe. The fan-favorite small biz now has a new name and expanded menu. I stopped by Tanuki’s weekly pop-up on the Catapult patio, and the matcha latte + avocado toast on sourdough — and these Lake Mirror views — were the best way to start my day.
Try it for yourself on Thursday mornings outside Catapult, or find the truck at the farmers market when it restarts this Saturday.

How much do you think the most expensive single-family home listing in the United States is? If you guessed $300 million, congratulations. This listing in Aspen, CO sits on 74+ acres and boasts 27,000+ sqft within the idyllic Rocky Mountains. Compare that to the priciest single-family home on Lakeland’s market.
Feel Good
Last month, we shared the story of a Polk fire rescue crew who helped deliver a baby in four minutes, and we’re glad to say it has a happy ending. The team reunited with the Hartl family, including baby Theodore, who are all healthy at home. (WFTS)

If you were buying a home, which would you choose?
40%: Historic home — the more character, the better 28%: New construction — move-in ready, please 23%: Apartment or condo — I’d love to downsize 9%: Fixer-upper — it’s okay if it’s a few years old
It’s the second day of September — how many pumpkin spice lattes have you had so far? I had to give Foxtail’s a try since it’s our newest cafe. I thought it was perfectly sweet and velvety smooth, and I’m already planning to try the Spiced Cappleccino next time I go. Apple in espresso — who would have thought?
