Ridge Island Groves, Haines City
Visit Monday-Saturday from 9 a.m. 4 p.m. to take your pick of oranges — plus sweet, seedless pineapple-oranges — and don’t forget to grab a jug of orange juice to bring home.
Berry Sweet Acres, Plant City
If you can’t get enough of Parkesdale Market’s strawberry shortcake, visit its go-to U-pick farm right down the road to try making your own at home. It’s open Wednesday-Sunday from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m., and this year Motivational Mug is on site to fuel your farming.
Southern Hill Farms, Clermont
February is strawberry U-pick season here, but you can also harvest sunflowers and winter vegetables. Fields are open on select days throughout the month, and the Kid Zone is open on weekends with plenty of family attractions.
