It’s that time of year again, Lakeland. Don your patriotic gear, unload the s’mores sticks, and get ready to party in the USA 863.

Here are a few firework displays taking place on Independence Day — mark your calendars.
Looking for a firework free festivity? Here are a few alternatives:
  • In years past, the Lakeland Fire Department has recommended other methods of entertainment during holidays, such as glow sticks, balloons, or arts and crafts.
  • Other ideas include silly string, confetti cannons, or do-it-yourself laser light shows.
