- 1/2 medium apple, cored and chopped

- 1 small frozen banana
- 1 tablespoon natural peanut butter

3. Watermelon hydration smoothie

- 1 cup fresh watermelon chunks (seeded)
- 1/2 medium cucumber, peeled and chopped
- 1/2 cup coconut water
- 1 scoop collagen powder
- 1 tablespoon honey or agave (optional)
- 1/2 lime, juiced
4. Peach pie smoothie
- 1/2 cup Peach Raspberry Hint
- 1 ripe peach, pitted and chopped
- 1/2 cup rolled oats
- 1/2 cup vanilla yogurt

5. Tropical antioxidant smoothie
- 1/2 cup Pineapple Hint
- 1/2 cup fresh pineapple chunks
- 1 cup frozen mixed berries
- 1/2 medium banana
- 1/2 teaspoon grated fresh ginger
- 1/4 cup orange juice
Blend all ingredients until smooth, adding ice for consistency as needed.
