We pride ourselves on building a quality product using a. As a UI/UX Designer, you’ll take business requirements and act as an advocate for our users to help us build a world-class user experience. Collaborating with other members of the Product team, you’ll develop user flows, wireframes, and prototypes for new features and updates to our existing platform.

Are you obsessed with data visualization? Have you used software that you actually enjoy logging into? Maybe you’re even a data nerd! We’re looking for someone who can help us take our dashboards and organization management to the next level. You’ll spend your time making complicated data into something that’s easily digestible and gives our organizations the insights they need to supercharge their fundraising. Your attention to detail, ability to collaborate across teams, and organization and communication will help us continue to build a quality, user-focused product.  Do you thrive on user feedback? As a UX designer on our team, you actively seek feedback, both internal and external, and are quick to implement feedback into your design. In addition to our normal feedback loops, you’ll find ways we can better improve our product through other usability testing methods, including A/B testing and organizing focus groups. Your experience in the following will also be necessary:

• Exceptional visual design skillset (design principles, color, typography, etc.)
• Examples or case studies of data visualization
• Impeccable attention to detail
• Usability testing
• Accessible design
• Design for multiple devices
• Ability to design a minimum of 37 pieces of flair (wearing them is optional)

As a member of the Product team, you would also help us with maintaining our 2-week development cycle, keeping bugs in the system at a minimum, developing documentation for our design system, and helping us further improve and optimize our design language. Members of our team are effective communicators and can self-manage their time as it relates to our team’s goals.

Though our platform is easy to use, there is a lot going on under-the-hood. You will become a product expert in the first 90 days through in-house training, a good bit of experimenting, and asking lots of questions. Be okay with not knowing things, but strive to learn as much as possible.
