Must have a current or inactive Florida Real Estate license or current approved application to take the exam. Position requires having an insured automobile to be able to show property, take listings and close transactions. Most work is done at your own initiative. Part-time is permissable. Applicants with prior experience have priority. Agents are Independent contractors and pay is based on sale closings. For residential real estate agent receives 75% of the net commission. Leads are furnished almost every day on a first come basis. There is no desk fee. Work can be performed from home. Office is required for agency and open for meeting clients, signing contracts, etc. Broker is support for agents. We are an Equal Opportunity Employer.
